HORRIBLE. Distorts original word file

I cant believe I spent money on this app. I followed the instructions and uploaded my word file from Dropbox, every single time I tried to convert it to PDF the format was so distorted and messed up that theres no way I could use it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
